Mick Jagger, the iconic frontman of The Rolling Stones, continues to rock as he celebrates his 80th birthday today.

In honor of this milestone, Jagger’s bandmate Ronnie Wood took to social media to send his heartfelt birthday wishes, saying, “Happy 80th birthday @MickJagger!”

The official Rolling Stones Twitter account also joined in the celebration, urging Mick Jagger to “keep on rockin” and sharing a heartwarming video featuring clips from various stages of his remarkable life and career.

Born in Dartford, England, in 1943, Mick Jagger co-founded The Rolling Stones in 1962 alongside Keith Richards. The band has since become one of the most legendary and enduring acts in the history of rock music, captivating audiences worldwide with their electrifying performances.

Despite the passing years, Jagger’s passion for music and performing remains undiminished, as he and The Rolling Stones continue to thrill fans with their live concerts even to this day.

Beyond his music, Jagger has embraced fatherhood with pride. He is the father of eight children, and in a testament to his vitality, he welcomed his youngest child in 2016 at the age of 73. The child, Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger, is the result of Jagger’s relationship with American ballerina Melanie Hamrick, whom he began dating in 2014.

Among his children, his eldest is Karis Hunt Jagger, aged 52, whom he shares with former American actress Marsha Hunt.
