Hitmaking country music band Old Dominion postponed a handful of Florida shows Tuesday after singer Matthew Ramsey fractured his pelvis in an ATV accident.
The singer, known for co-writing Old Dominion hits “One Man Band,” “Hotel Key” and “I Was On A Boat That Day,” broke the bone in three places, according to a post on the band’s Twitter account Tuesday. Previously-scheduled concerts for this weekend in Key West, Florida, will now take place in March 2024. Ticketholders unable to make the rescheduled shows can seek a refund at the point of purchase, according to the band.
“The good news is it’s gonna be just fine,” Ramsey wrote in a statement on social media. “The bad news is I’m gonna have to stay home and recover for a while.”
The band’s No Bad Vibes Tour plans to resume April 13 in Reading, Pennsylvania. The band is also set to make an appearance at CMA Fest in June.
A three-time CMA Award-winning outfit, Old Dominion released its latest full-length album, “Time, Tequila & Therapy,” in October 2021.
“I promise we’ll keep you updated on my recovery and any other shows that might be affected,” Ramsey said. “This tour has been such a blast so far this year and before you know it I’ll be back out there with No Bad Vibes.”
