The Dalai Lama is not only considered the greatest spiritual leader of Tibet, but also a long-standing cause of tension between India and China. China is on edge due to the Dalai Lama’s recent statements. In fact, on July 2, a long statement was posted on an account, in which the Dalai Lama said that the process of reincarnation will continue and the right to elect the next Dalai Lama will remain with his office i.e. the Garden Food Range. India also received a warning from China about this statement. July 6. The Dalai Lama will turn 90 on July 6 and he had predicted about 56 years ago that when he turns 90, he will take money to continue the tradition of the Dalai Lama and the tradition of wisdom will continue. With this announcement, a dark cloud has started to gather again on the relations between India and China. Now the question is why China is suffering from tension and how will it affect India. The decision has been taken in Guwahati. However, talks are going on between China and the Dalai Lama. To understand this, we have to go back a little. We have to go back to 1937. His parents never imagined that their son would not only become the highest religious leader of Tibet, but also the biggest headache for China for a week. According to the biography of the 2-year-old child, when his diapers started to fill up, he saw an old pair of glasses in his dream, then he saw a lizard. This was a clear sign that the Dalai Lama would become the focus of prophecies and symbols in his childhood. Later, in 1962, his image was banned and he was called a wolf in disguise. Tibetans also occupied a large part of China. Later, the influence of Buddhism completely changed the nature of Tibetan society. In 822 AD, a border treaty was signed between Tibet and China, but in 124 AD, the Mongols occupied Tibet. In 1557, the Dalai Lama was given the title of Dalai Lama in Bengal. Samudra and Lama mean Guru, i.e. the ocean of knowledge. At that time he was recognized. Later he was declared the first Dalai Lama. This tradition had already begun, was recognized and has continued to expand since then. In 1933 he was elected as the first Dalai Lama. At this time, there was a civil war going on inside China. The Republic of China decided to make Tibet part of China, where Tibet itself had declared itself independent in 1913. Tibet surrendered completely to the service of China. In November 1950, at the age of 15, the Dalai Lama was made the head of Tibet. A 17-point agreement was signed, where Tibet was promised autonomy and religious freedom, but this promise turned into a farce and gradually repression began. Culture was attacked and people began to get angry. Even after the Mao conflict, no solution was found. In 1954, the Panchsheel Agreement was signed between India and China. In 1956, Indian and Chinese officials detained him in the embassy. They were released after Indian intervention. Then it happened on March 10, 1959 When thousands of people protested outside my house Conspiracy to kill his mother is failed. On March 31, 1959, the then Prime Minister Nehru reached Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh and rejected the 17-point agreement in Mussoorie. After this, in 1966, China destroyed the Buddhist heritage of Tibet. Thousands of Buddhists were killed, tortured, all males above the age of 15 were imprisoned. A proposal was made but China ignored it. This incident did not find any support. Again, one temple would be built by China and the other would be built according to Tibetan tradition and if this happens, relations between India and China will become more tense. Besides, the decision to appoint the successor of the Union Minister for Minority Affairs is only a founding institution, without Chinese involvement, there is a possibility of further tension between India and China. America may jump in because America supports the Dalai Lama. Right now, the eyes of the whole world are on the Dalai Lama’s next decision.
