Hugh Jackman amazes fans, set to return as the ‘Wolverine’ in Deadpool 3

Wolverine and X-Men fame – Hugh Jackman will be seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in “Deadpool 3,” along with Ryan Reynolds who plays the main character in the movie.

Reynolds and Jackman will come together for Deadpool’s first turn as a Disney property. Reynolds had starred in several 20th Century Fox projects, portraying as “the super-hero with a swag”.

Ryan Reynolds said in a video posted on his twitter account, seated on his couch. “I’ve had to really search my soul on this one. His first appearance in the MCU obviously needs to feel special. We need to stay true to the character, find new depth, motivation, meaning every Deadpool needs to stand out and stand apart. It’s been an incredible challenge that has forced me to reach down deep inside.”

Reynolds then proceeds to ask Jackman as he walks in the back of the shot. “Hey, Hugh, you want to play Wolverine one more time?”

“Yeah, sure Ryan,” Jackman replies.

While Logan director James Mangold created a stir among the fans by posting a GIF of Wolverine being killed in his movie. Later Mangold cleared up the stir with a second tweet stating – “Just kidding! I’m all good! Logan will always be there.

Multiverse or prequel, time warp or worm hole, canon or non-canon or even without a rationale, I cannot wait to see what [madness] my dear friends [Ryan Reynolds] and [Hugh Jackman] cook up!”

While it was already announced by Disney that Deadpool would eventually become a part of the MCU, but it was not clear as to where and how will it fit into the larger picture of the Multiverse.

Ryan Reynold’s super-hero character : Deadpool movies are rare gems of Hollywood. The first and second version of the franchise were R rated and yet each of these movies generated approx. $780 million worldwide.

When Disney bought 20th Century Fox in 2019, they acquired Deadpool along with several other comic book properties.
