A farm worker died in a raid on a Gaza farm in Ventura County, California, and 200 workers were arrested, the United Farm Workers Union said.

On July 11, the Department of Homeland Security said the workers were arrested and that law enforcement had rescued 10 migrant children from child labor or child labor.

The UFW responded to a social media post that farm workers were being excluded from child labor. Unfortunately, some and teenage girls are not doing field work. The UFW said child labor and deportation are not the solution to child labor.

The DHS estimated that more than 500 people were involved in the protests, saying protesters vandalized vehicles and opened fire.

The FBI said the person who shot down the helicopter at 2:26 a.m. fired a gun at law enforcement officers during the search, according to an FB post, and there is a $50,000 reward for information leading to conviction.

California Governor Gavin Newsom said the troops were not needed to deal with most peaceful protests, but legal efforts to remove them have so far failed.

Let’s talk about what happened in Camarillo yesterday, the raid that got everyone’s attention. A search warrant was issued on a business. According to law enforcement, there were hundreds of illegal workers inside that business and children inside that business. Isn’t that what law enforcement is doing? It looked more like a war zone than a workplace inspection. It got completely out of control. And you have to understand what the DOJ and DHS knew. Child labor violations are taken very seriously. Alex, there’s no question about that. Likewise, any violent protester who shoots at law enforcement needs to be held fully accountable, the ICE agents and others who were there need to be held fully accountable. You have to understand why this has escalated so rapidly. We’ve seen a really disturbing pattern. I think we all know about Stephen Miller and Tom Homan and others who, you know, are deliberately stirring up controversy, chaos, to fill quotas and to instill fear in people. And basically, when you go after workers, you go after people who are working, who are paying taxes, who are making a positive contribution to our economy. That’s a very unfortunate reality of what the administration is trying to do. When you have your Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins, just saying that we don’t need immigrant labor in the United States. That’s certainly not consistent with the data on the ground. And deporting violent criminals is one thing, and we should. Enforcing child labor laws is one thing, and we should, but creating chaos and fear and tearing families apart is another. The pendulum is swinging completely. The other way around, under the first few years of the Biden

The Ventura County Fire Department confirmed that they transported eight people, including farm workers like Jaime Alaniz, who fell from a roof while fleeing from agents, his family and the United Farm Workers union, confirming that he was taken off life support and is now deceased.

They also posted this photo of ten minors, describing them as “illegal immigrants,” eight of whom are unaccompanied. Glass House, in a statement they cited, responded that it has never knowingly violated applicable hiring procedures and does not hire minors and has never done so.
